Shipping
Ordering an item from Rennwelt.de? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. The shipping-rates depend on the country you live in.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It is entirely possible for an item that has not shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Rennwelt.de depend upon the methods and options you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogramm.
Items Requiring Special Handling
Oversized and extremely heavy products are marked on their product information pages as requiring a special surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the product.
These charges will be included in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of your order.
Items that are extremely oversized or weigh over 75 kg are marked on their product detail pages as requiring special handling and will ship separately from other items in your order. The shipping charges for these items are either indicated on their product information pages or will be calculated for you at the last step of the purchase process before you send us your order. Please note that each shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery. Once your order leaves our distribution center, you will be contacted by the shipper to arrange a specific time for delivery.
Due to warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship all products to all geographical locations.
Returns Center
We make it easy to return items.
Returns Policy: Within 30 days of delivery of your order, you may return any of the following purchased from Rennwelt.de: any product in its original condition; any unopened media; and any other merchandise that's in new condition including original packaging and accessories. Rennwelt.de is currently unable to accept returns of e-products, opened items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. See our Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by Rennwelt.de within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, look up at "Problems with an order"
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
· Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
· Any product that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
· Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
· Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
